"I am constructing this play to encourage an exclusively rhythmical point of view. I use shades, contrasts and modulation to build a succession of scenes within which people and environments interact, depend on each other and where they learn about each other. I approach different types of movement, expressive, sensitive and emotional to create dance performances where reality and fiction, truth and lies, cleverness and idiocy come together. Space is cleared, undefined positions and movements are performed with no explanation, encouraged by a writing that isn't trying to relate to anything and which is poetically free. I was joined again by the visual artist Jocelyn Cottencin who directs the stage design and by the musician and composer Henri-Bertrand Lesguillier who has composed a single instrument musical score (simple drums) in which the nature of the sound works with the lighting created by Yannick Fouassier, somewhere between impact and persistence."
